Two years ago, Jonathan Cilia Faro passed away—and this year, he has been reborn as NOBODY. Rising from the ashes, NOBODY is an Italian-American opera singer who has been independently scaling the towering heights of the entertainment world. A self-made artist, NOBODY is not only a phenomenal vocalist but also a masterful producer and actor, hailed by Julio Iglesias Jr. as the “MOST POWERFUL AND PASSIONATE LIVING VOICE.”
He made history as the first Italian vocalist to be a special guest at the prestigious LA MUSA Latino Awards. Over the past decade, NOBODY has shared stages and crafted groundbreaking music with some of the most iconic names in the industry, fearlessly blending genres and pushing artistic boundaries.

NOBODY was born in Sicily and discovered the magic of music at the age of 9, learning both accordion and piano. It was during a music lesson that a perceptive nun recognized NOBODY’s extraordinary potential, teaching him not just notes, but the power and beauty that music can convey. At the same age, hearing Luciano Pavarotti’s rendition of La Bohème ignited a lifelong passion for opera. NOBODY honed his craft under the guidance of renowned teachers Gianna Buniato and Nicola Martinucci, forming the foundation for the performer he is today. By the age of 16, NOBODY became the youngest tenor to join the Polyphonic Pentagram Choir under Mo. Peppe Arezzo, and shortly after, launched his solo career. Feeling confined by his provincial surroundings, NOBODY set out to conquer a world far beyond his hometown.
He moved to Milan to record his debut album, Always Close to Me, which went on to sell over 500,000 copies in six years. After a brief interlude in military service, NOBODY released his second album, Rinasci, a passionate testament to triumph over adversity. This was followed by a global gospel tour and the release of Symphony for Heaven. Always a citizen of the world, NOBODY recorded two subsequent albums in Canada, When Inspiration Becomes Music and From the Darkness to the Light. Returning to Italy to meet fan demand, he released Part of Me, before stepping back from the spotlight to focus on composing and arranging music, leading to the albums If There is Life, There is Magicand A Plan That I’m Going. A North American tour soon followed.
“I don’t want to live off my past,” NOBODY says. “It’s easy to impress with memories, but true artistry comes from talent, love, and respect for music. In God I trust—everything else is secondary.”
NOBODY’s heart matches his talent. Since 2000, he has dedicated himself to charitable endeavors around the globe. From building schools in India to fundraising for educational projects in Pakistan, his music has raised hope and opportunity for countless children. He collaborates with organizations including Knight Templars, Child Fund, Make-A-Wish Foundation, St. Jude Hospital, and Men of Valor. He has been honored by the Catholic University of Rome, nominated as a Cavalier of the Knight Templar of Jerusalem, and works with Italian Bridge to Madagascar to help construct a college in that region.
His performances are legendary. NOBODY’s repertoire spans the greatest songs of Andrea Bocelli, Josh Groban, Frank Sinatra, Luciano Pavarotti, Julio Iglesias, and Charles Aznavour. Every show is a journey, bringing audiences to laughter, tears, and awe, adaptable to any venue, anywhere in the world.
In recent years, NOBODY has collaborated with renowned artists globally. He released the EP Forte with Marc Martel, a fusion of voices and genres that defies expectations. He has recorded with Michael W. Smith, Alan Parsons, Mari Burelle, and is preparing a Spanish-language duet with Jesus Molina. His latest release, Opera 11 Live, showcases eleven of the most beloved opera arias. In 2022, NOBODY signed with Stradavari Classic and Hindsight Records to produce Opera 11 Live and An Italian Christmas.
Beyond music, NOBODY’s creativity extends to film. His short film, The Mask of Love, has won 16 international awards and continues to captivate audiences worldwide. He has also performed at prestigious events such as the Joyce Meyer Women’s Conference, inspiring thousands with his voice and presence.
